Celia Neri was born in 1978 on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea in a multicultural family and studied Comparative Literature in Paris. They currently reside in Southern France where they share their time between their day job and dreaming up imaginary worlds.
Their short stories have been published in Apex Magazine, Three Crows Magazine, and The Café Irreal, among others. They also review SFF shows for the British Fantasy Society blog. The anthology Rosalind’s Siblings, in which Celia’s short story "The Tightrope Walker" is included, was a 2024 Lambda Awards Finalist.
